Fireworks can be set of 365 days of the year; they CANNOT be set off between the times of 11pm and 7am (see exceptions below)
Exceptions
One exception to when fireworks CAN be let off later is on the 5th November (Bonfire Night) where they can be let off up until midnight.
Other exceptions as to when they CAN also be let of later is New Year’s Eve, Diwali and Chinese New Year when they can be set off until 1am.
Fireworks cannot be sold to anyone under the age of 18.
If anyone is found guilty by the courts for breaking any of the above laws, you can be arrested and taken to court and ultimately be fined up to £5,000 and mprisoned for up to three months.
